One of CBC Kid’s favourite characters held a dance party at
the Seaway Mall on Saturday.
True from True and the Rainbow Kingdom and CBC
Kids personality Tony Kim danced and visited with children at a special event
to welcome Santa to the mall.
During the show True and Tony picked enthusiastic
and lucky children from the audience to join them on stage to show off their
dance skills. Giant beach balls were thrown out into the audience and bounced
around from person to person and there were gifts for a few randomly chosen
fans as well.
Even Santa got in on the action and danced with Tony on stage
while Mrs. Claus watched. After the show children were able to line up for a
meet and greet with True and also visit Santa as he settled down in Santa’s Castle.
Santa will be available for visits and photos at Seaway Mall until
Christmas Eve.
